5. Automated processing and profiling

As part of marketing activities, we may use automated data processing, including profiling. This is intended to deliver personalized advertisements. Profiling does not have legal effects on the user.

Data from the form: until an objection is raised or a deletion request is made,
Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn,
Analytical data and cookies: according to the settings of the tools, up to a maximum of 26 months,
Customer data: according to tax obligations – up to 5 years,
User account data: for the duration of the account, and after its deletion – until the expiration of claims arising from the agreements.
