Your data may be shared with:
- hosting providers (LH.pl – server in the EU),
- marketing and analytical tool providers (Google, Meta),
These providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g. USA), with Google and Meta participating in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
5. Automated processing and profiling
As part of marketing activities, we may use automated data processing, including profiling. This is intended to deliver personalized advertisements. Profiling does not have legal effects on the user.
6. Data retention period
- Data from the form: until an objection is raised or a deletion request is made,
- Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn,
- Analytical data and cookies: according to the settings of the tools, up to a maximum of 26 months,
- Customer data: according to tax obligations – up to 5 years,
- User account data: for the duration of the account, and after its deletion – until the expiration of claims arising from the agreements.

Everyone has the right to:

- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- objection,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent,
- lodge a complaint with the President of UODO.
